Cancellation and Refund
At Yoga De Temple, we strive to create a seamless and flexible experience for our members. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations for classes, workshops, and events, as well as refund eligibility.
1. Class Cancellation Policy
In-Studio Classes:
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. If you cancel within this window, your class credit will be returned for future use.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class start time are considered late cancellations and will result in the loss of that class credit. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations.
- No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class and fail to cancel, the class will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or class credit will be issued.
- Online Classes:
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel online classes up to 12 hours before the start time. If you cancel within this window, your class credit will be refunded for future use.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel after this window or fail to attend, you forfeit the class credit, and no refund will be issued.
2. Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Window: You may cancel any workshops or special events up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or credit toward future events.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in forfeiture of the event fee, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
• Studio Cancellations: If we must cancel a workshop or event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another event.
3. Membership and Subscription Cancellation
• Monthly/Annual Memberships:
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the membership during the billing cycle.
Membership fees that have already been processed are non-refundable.
• Class Passes:
Class passes are non-refundable and must be used within their expiration period. Extensions may be granted under certain circumstances (e.g., medical issues) by contacting support.
• Auto-Renewal:
All memberships and subscriptions are auto-renewed unless cancelled. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be processed before the next billing cycle.
4. Private Session Cancellation
• Cancellation Window: You must cancel private yoga sessions at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the loss of the session fee, with no refunds or rescheduling options.
5. Refund Policy
• No Refunds for Class Packages: All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to both in-studio and online class packages.
• Workshops/Events: Refunds for workshops or special events are available only when cancellations are made 48 hours before the event.
• Membership Refunds: Memberships are non-refundable. However, members can cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Extenuating Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies, injuries, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider refunds or class credit extensions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for assistance.
6. Studio Closures or Instructor Cancellations
• If a class, workshop, or private session is cancelled by the studio or the instructor, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund or credit for future use.
7. How to Cancel
• Via Mobile App: You can cancel your class or event booking through our mobile app by navigating to your schedule and selecting the option to cancel.
• Via Website: To cancel a class, workshop, or event booked through the website, log into your account, go to your bookings, and select the cancel option.
