By accessing and using our website and mobile app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

  1. Services Provided

We offer yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and related services through both our physical studio and online platforms (including our website and mobile app). All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in individual class descriptions.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to these terms on your behalf.

  1. User Account
  • To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
  1. Payments and Pricing
  • All prices for classes, subscriptions, or products are clearly listed and subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full before attending any class or purchasing any product.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless otherwise stated in the refund policy (see section 6).
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • In-Studio Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive credit towards a future class. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Workshops/Events: Refunds for workshops or events are only available if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the start time. After that, no refunds will be provided.
  • Online Classes/Subscriptions: No refunds for unused classes in any subscription packages. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but will not be refunded for the current billing period.
  1. Health and Safety

By participating in any class, either in-studio or online, you acknowledge that:

  • You are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in yoga.
  • You participate at your own risk, and the studio, instructors, or staff will not be held liable for any injury or harm sustained.
  • Always consult with a physician before starting any new fitness regimen, including yoga.
  1. Code of Conduct

All users must:

  • Respect the studio environment and other participants.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.
  • Use our website and app responsibly without attempting to interfere with its operation or security.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, and text on our website and app, is the property of the studio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

  1. Privacy Policy

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can review here. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio and its staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or injury.

  1. Third-Party Links

Our website and app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party websites.

  1. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, website, or app at any time, with or without notice.

  1. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra Jurisdiction Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra
