Ekta Parikh, Founder of Yoga De Temple is that gem, who have crossed your path to give you the life that you deserve. She is the sailor that holds your sinking boat of life and makes it stable even in the most unfavorable situations. Her Pre Yoga counselling sessions are so comforting that she changes your approach towards our own life without taking control of it. Her Demo class is a fall in love with yoga and you get closer to yourself with each Asana of her. Ekta takes away all your worries and replace your negativity with a positive approach. Her non-judgmental, friendly way of training keeps yoga and Yoga De temple on your priority list.

A Girl from Kashi, Banaras who was always passionate about exercising. Who always started her day with Traditional Yoga moves and meditation sessions. Β An MBA girl Β has now become a dynamic Yoga Trainer by setting up her own studio in Amanora Park town Pune.
Story of Ekta Parikh is indeed an inspiration for one and all. She has done Yoga Certification courses from IyengarInstitute Pune and Isha Foundation, Koimbatore.
Every Yoga lover should meet Ekta at least once in life. She simply breaths yoga. Instead of looking for shortcuts and teaching modern techniques of Yoga, Ekta goes with the traditional yoga sessions. Ashtang Yoga and Hatha Yoga are her specialities. She encourages her students to adapt different modern techniques of exercising but her integrated approach of Yoga has always been adapted by her devotees.
Ekta Established Yoga De Temple in June 2023. Since then, she had ample of sessions for the people of different age groups. Yoga De Temple is a space where people can have a one on one Yoga session from Ekta Parikh and can get a divine experience.
Yoga is in her blood, she is highly passionate about her profession. Hence, her sessions are never costly. Yoga is not a Money making business for Ekta. She believes in traditional approach of wholeheartedly educating people. βKnowledge is a weapon that changes the world, it should be given selflesslyβ is her naΓ―ve approach towards teaching. That makes her a different trainer.
