Ekta Parikh is an experienced and passionate yoga trainer from India with over 13 years of training experience and advanced training in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Power Yoga Approaches. She is highly committed to providing extensive training and counselling sessions to her pilgrims. Following her passion of Yoga, management professional Ekta pursued Yoga trainers certifications from Iyengar Institure Pune as well as from Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. Ekta implements a perfect formula of Pushing boundaries and finding balance.in her Yoga sessions, she brings high intensity and drive, helping students challenge themselves both physically and mentally.
Her sessions are guiding lights to her students of varied age groups. Her consistency, dedication and passion towards teaching makes her students more focused, calm and composed and keep them bounded to Yoga. Though Ekta has very traditional approach of teaching, she is adaptive to the new age power exercises too. As a result, her Power Yoga sessions are very intense and scales every peaks of exercising. Her commitmentΒ and the way of practicing Yoga is indeed an example for the beginners as well as Masters of Yoga Training.
